PROJECT TERMS & CONDITIONS 

 

I will not replicate design or illustration work. In other words, do not ask me to directly copy someone else’s work.

 

• REVISIONS: This project requires the client to provide solid direction in good faith and to compensate the artist if the established direction changes. The first two revisions are at no extra cost. After that, each revision will be charged accordingly per revision. These costs will be added to the final invoice.

 

• PAYMENT: A 50% deposit is due prior to starting the project unless other arrangements have been mutually agreed upon. Final payment for finished work plus any additions are due upon acceptance, net thirty (30) days.

• A five percent (5%) bi-monthly service charge will be added to statements after 30 days.
